Return Eligibility
1. Incorrect items: If received item is different from the order, customer must notify us within a 5 day time frame of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the order to your satisfaction.
2. Defective or damaged products: If a damaged or defective is received, please notify us within a 5 day time frame of order receipt. A replacement or refund will be given as appropriate.
3. Change of mind: Unopened and unused products may be returned in the event that customer changes their mind. Return must occur within 5 days and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process/Replacement
Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), SFC will ,if eligible, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Replacement: if applicable, a replacement product will be shipped to you within 5 business days.
